Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No. Bigreuselife does not charge sales tax. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@bigreuselife.sbs or +1 803-624-0199. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum order requirement.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit takes an estimated 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are free.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.
How do I start a return?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
