There are no hidden fees. We do not add handling fees, processing fees, or any other charges after checkout. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States as described in our Shipping Policy. We do not charge sales tax.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day may begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit takes an estimated 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. These transit times are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, peak season, and unforeseen events can extend delivery time. Tracking information is provided in your shipping confirmation email.
7. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are free, with no restocking fee. We provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and are issued to the original payment method.
